This bug makes some recommendations for changing the behavior and
appearance of the Compiz "Static Application Switcher" (see design
document linked below).
+ A non-zero popup window delay is set so that instantaneous window
+ switching doesn't display the window switcher; if the user taps alt-tab
+ quickly once, windows switch without showing the switcher.

+ Instead of darkening the desktop and unfocused windows, unfocused
+ windows become fully transparent. This behavior may prove undesirable,
+ but feedback so far has been very positive.
