Toshiba Satellite L500 19X - Ubuntu 9.10 (2.6.31-16-generic) rtl8192se_linux_2.6.0010.1113.2009.tar.gz driver with 1116 patch works fine here. I'll soon try the the latest version, but I already want to thank you all for your contribution, with special thanks to David.
