These are the settings on Tools->Customize->Keyboard for the keys mentioned:
Ctrl+A -> undefined
Ctrl+B -> Bold
Ctrl+F -> undefined
Ctrl+O -> undefined
Ctrl+S -> Underline
Ctrl+U -> Underline

There are several situations here:
 - For Underline shortcuts, both are defined on Tools->Customize->Keyboard, so 
that's correct.
 - Ctrl+B is configured as Bold, but it's still shown as the shortcut for 
"Search and Replace" on the UI
 - Ctrl+A (Abrir in Spanish) and Ctrl+O are both undefined and Openoffice 
respond to both shortcuts opening the "Open File" dialog. Ctrl+A is shown on 
the UI.
