@knuuutsen Of Course Bug435352 interferes with failing suspend, as the title implies. Blacklisting uvcvideo is one quick-and-dirty workaround proposed in the description of 435352 as this module brakes suspend?! This works fine, at least for me, also with gnome-pm.
I will await a fix in one of the next updates. In case my system hibernates after this with guidance pm running you are right and my problem has nothing to do with this Bug.
