Sorry, I've just realised, that this bubbles comes from notification- daemon package, not notify-osd, though I have both installed, what confused me (shouldn't they be in conflict?). Also I found out, that notify-osd can't be configured to spawn pop-ups from bottom right now, so I guess I will wait until it will be possible.
