I just want to confirm this on the same hardware. The so called "front mic" correctly works with the mic pluged in but the "Int mic" the one above the screen doesn't. I've tried all alsa-base.conf mode option for ALC269 but not setting it it's the best option. I've also run pavucontrol/meter/kmix to try muting one of the channel as suggested in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pulseaudio/+bug/433055 but there is no option to control internal mic device Let me know if you need further info...
