Hi Pedro Sorry about delay... I had it all written up then launchpad went down for maintenance before I posted it!
1) Click on toolbar "Places" (Applications - Places - System) in Ubuntu 9.04 2) click on Home folder to go direct to my documents etc... this opens a small mini window - loading something then it stalls. at this point the Amarok 2 icon appears on the bar (my defaults for Amarok) 3) as a result I try to open Amarok 2 from the bar icon - however this fails to work - and right click menu as well. So I go to system monitor to force quit Amarok "Kill the selected process? ....
