I added a note about FAT32 file size limit, and removed the comment
about NTFS needing extra work. HFS+ is an Apple file system and not
natively supported in Windows, so I discarded mention of it entirely
since this is in the Windows switching guide. Updated in Lucid
development, revision 390.
