I freshly installed 9.10 and reimported some music and pictures. Steps for me to reproduce this are:
1. Open my home directory /home/ben 2. Navigate to the /home directory using gui 3. Right click on /ben OR click to open /ben GUI is pretty dead, with Right click the app can go inactive and freeze up for quite a while (20 seconds) 4. Once recovered, if I type in the path, or use he tree view, it responds quickly and effortlessly 5. Thunar shows no such symptoms.
