No surprise it works in the others, they are all the same (2.6 - which is the default python version since karmic and exactly what sab 0.5.x uses). Sabnzbdplus 0.4.x on the other hand uses 2.5 exclusively, install the "python2.5" package if it's not yet on your system and run the test on that one after all. Thanks.
