I confirm this bug. adept-installer and some others adept packages depends on libapt-pkg-libc6.4-6-3.52 which is a virtual package, but apt 0.6.46.4ubuntu8 provided libapt-pkg-libc6.4-6-3.53, so there's broken dependencies. I didn't mark this bug as confirmed because this issue should be solved with further upgrades.
