I found another inconsistency: when pressing 'F11' the windowtitlebar disappears and the page goes to fullscreen (so it covers the whole screen) but the menubar, the locationbar, the bookmarkbar and the tabbar all stay on the screen.
When using the menu option view->fullscreen (so using the mouse) the, I think, right behaviour occurs: the whole screen is covered, all bars are gone and are only accessible by moving your mouse to the top of the screen. In this right behaviour you have to restore your window by moving to the top right part of the window and click on the restore icon.
