Public bug reported: Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client
The ubuntuone-client does not connect to the cloud. The applet starts and puts an error icon in the panel (cloud with exclamation mark), clicking on it and requesting a connect does not do anything. Right clicking and asking to go to web correctly opens the and logs into the web interface. Files placed in the Ubuntu One directory do not sync. I have purged and reinstalled following the instructions from the faq (there was however no token to delete in the password manager. I am running Ubuntu 9.10, on a fresh install.
