Hi Alan, sorry to hear this. Can you upload you syncdaemon logs so we can diagnose this? they are at: ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/ . Please upload all files you can find. If your logs contain sensitive file names, please mark this bug as private.
How many machines do you have connected to ubuntu one?
