I can confirm this bug. The setting of 'Show List' in the 'Login Manager's
'Users' tab does nothing. It should display a list of all users present in the
system at the login screen.
Although some people consider it a 'security issue' to display a list of all
users of the system at login, but it should at least be configurable for people
who want such feature.
