Agree with Feck comment, however the behavior should be something better than just quietly dumping an HTML file in a place the user has no idea about. I would think a minimum behavior would be to prompt and provide a direct URL (or better still just shoot the browser there via DBUS). As far as I can tell, 100% of the files now bring you a web page rather than directly access the file. I haven't found one that works yet, at least.
