Please sync nwatch 0.03-5 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian has incorporated only ubuntu change of replacing ndiff with nmap
as dependency. So can be synced again.
Changelog since current lucid version 0.03-4ubuntu1:
nwatch (0.03-5) unstable; urgency=low
* Added dependency on nmap instead of ndiff. Closes: #548920.
* No longer contain an empty /usr/sbin/ dir.
* Changed from build-depends-indep to build-depends.
* Changed standards version from 3.6.2 to 3.8.0.
* Fixed debian/rules so that binary-indep contain the code instead of
binary-arch as the package is independent.
* Fixed debian/rules so that the clean target could fail.
* No longer set DH_COMPAT in debian/rules.
* Fixed watchfile so it have version and new format. Closes: #529132.
