As so, the BUG I reported, can't be of wishlist importance. 
It is clear in this:

video that we are talking about an old feature (in Ubuntu 8.04) that no longer 
works
as it should work (in Ubuntu 9.10) due to a new bug.

I would triage this bug as a bug of low importance.

Please, someone suitably privileged,  change it according the above
explanation.
