Thanks for the report. Could you do me a favor and run:
tail -f ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/syncdaemon.log
while you're seeing this data transfer when you're certain the files are
all synchronized, and attach it to this bug report? It will help us
figure out what's happening when you're seeing the network traffic.
