Init.d script /etc/init.d/nfdump return value depends on VERBOSE
enviroment variable:

$ /etc/init.d/nfdump start ; echo "retval: $?"
retval: 1

$ INIT_VERBOSE=yes /etc/init.d/nfdump start ; echo "retval: $?"
 * Starting netflow capture daemon nfcapd [ OK ]
retval: 0

I've attached patch fixes this bug.

** Attachment added: "Return same error value as log_end_msg, but independent
of VERBOSE variable."
