The status "Fix Released" confuses me a little: As said in comment 30 and 31 of mozilla-bugs #278383, the problem of automatic updating at startup and at fix time intervals (see bug description of this bug) belongs to another bug: mozilla-bugs #480945, which is not solved yet...
