Well I don't think so because bug # 87600 refers to bug # 87598 which tells that gnome-settings-daemon crashes many times when logging in, which is not my case.
In fact no program really crashes, I just have those annoying crash reports when logging in. 5 minute ago I had those crash reports displaying again although I'm logged in for about 4 hours now even if no program crashed... Also those reports appeared without I clicking on the apport applet.
