Hi,

I have a similar problem but it is not a cups problem. I cannot see the
attached pdf properly except in acroread.
It does not work with okular, gv, evince, xpdf. I attached the pdf and the
output when I try to open the file with xpdf.

I've had this problem since my upgrade to karmic and with several pdf
files. I also had troubles with certain websites with firefox and
swiftfox and I had to disable allowing pages to use their own fonts.
