I believe this is #191890 at the KDE bugtracker: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=191890 I am closing the Ubuntu bug report because this appears to be a problem with Umbrello itself. You can track this bug and make further comments at the KDE bug, and when KDE provides the fix it will arrive in Kubuntu when the KDE release with the fix is packaged for Kubuntu.
