I'm assuming Walter and Jaimeson are referring to the keyring password
prompt? If so, you can reset this password by renaming your keyring and
setting it up again:

1) Applications->Accessories->Terminal, then run:
sudo mv ~/.gnome2/keyrings/login.keyring ~/.gnome2/keyrings/login.keyring.old

2) Logout of Ubuntu or restart

3) When you login to Ubuntu and Ubuntu One is started, you should get a
prompt to set your keyring password
