Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
After upgrading to Karmic when starting nautilus, I get a segfault shown below. sudo nautilus works. Some research leads me to belive that this could be related to Samaba shares, perhaps bookmarks. I've nuked .nautilus folder. Looking for where bookmarks are stored. Any info would be helpful. jfro...@toaster:~/.gnome2$ nautilus (nautilus:9770): Eel-CRITICAL **: eel_preferences_get_boolean: assertion `preferences_is_initialized ()' failed Initializing nautilus-gdu extension ** (nautilus:9770): WARNING **: No marshaller for signature of signal 'UploadFinished' ** (nautilus:9770): WARNING **: No marshaller for signature of signal 'DownloadFinished' ** (nautilus:9770): WARNING **: No marshaller for signature of signal 'ShareCreateError' Segmentation fault ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 Date: Wed Nov 18 17:31:26 2009 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.10 Package: nautilus 1:2.28.1-0ubuntu2 ProcEnviron: PATH=(custom, user) LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.31-14.48-generic SourcePackage: nautilus Uname: Linux 2.6.31-14-generic i686 ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 -- Segmentation fault running nautilus under Karmic https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/485062 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
