Public bug reported: Binary package hint: sound-juicer
Install Kubuntu 9.10 and then sound-juicer. Click File - Submit Track names, and you get this error "Could not open URL Sound Juicer could not open the submission URL Reason: No application is registered as handling this file" After working upstream[1], I found a dependency was missing. I installed gnome-core, and then it worked. Please fix the dependency (not exactly sure which package it was out of gnome-core).
