This problem isn't caused only with Skype. My CPU usage is near 100% when I watch tv in VDR or any video in VLC with a Creative Audigy SE (ca0106) soundcard and a 5.1 surround system. When I switch to stereo sound in the soundmixer the CPU usage is going down, but after few minutes it's up again...
