I am closing this bug report because the original reporter has not
responded to questions after 3 months, and there is little information
to suggest the true cause. What little information there is suggests a
damaged installation of Apache-related packages.
fabioebner: Please reopen it if you can give us additional information
(for example, answers to Andreas' questions), and don't hesitate to
submit bug reports in the future. To reopen the bug report you can click
on the current status, under the Status column, and change the Status
back to "New".
