Public bug reported: Binary package hint: enigmail
Seamonkey suite's Mail is known for not supporting OpenPGP encryption out of the box. For this reason, an add-on called Enigmail was once created, it brings PGP features for mail signing and decrypting. Once installed, though, Enigmail of recent version (0.97a at the moment) will make the suite unstable, generally the Mail and Newsgroups. The PGP functionality is present and works though writing a memo may and will most likely produce a crash of a whole suite incl. browser with all open windows etc. The information is unsaved. Disabling the add-on works like a charm though I guess there should be a better solution. The bug is not to be called trivial because launchpad collaboration includes working with PGP-secured mail.
