As a frequent visitor/contributor to Ubuntu Forums, I can see this generating a lot of new user posts.
An example of how this could happen. User has XP, and shrinks partition. User reads that a fat 32 partition should be used to share files. User reads that a /boot partition should be first so the system can boot large drives. User creates /, and hits 4. Now user attempts to create swap, and fails.
