Public bug reported: Binary package hint: madplay
The title sums it up. If it exits naturally, either by reaching the end of the song or having "q" pressed, it segfaults. It if it is killed with ctrl-c, it does not segfault. The main implication of this is that one can no longer play more than one song per invocation of madplay. (My favorite use of madplay was to play all songs in a directory with madplay *) ProblemType: Bug Architecture: amd64 Date: Mon Nov 9 00:21:04 2009 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.10 Package: madplay 0.15.2b-6 ProcEnviron: LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.31-14.48-server SourcePackage: madplay Uname: Linux 2.6.31-14-server x86_64 ** Affects: madplay (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug -- madplay segfaults on exit in 9.10 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/478978 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
