I don't think this is related to the Ubuntu One desktop client software.
I don't know which project to assign it to so I will leave that in your

After upgrading ubuntu 9.04 to 9.10, appeared to restart loading restricted
drivers, there appeared nvidia and fail, and was in text mode.
