Anyway looking by the look of the screenshot you joined in launchpad, it's like there is a problem with the transpary somewhere, meaning that an option is missing to xorg.conf...just send me the xorg.conf C'est vraiment une aventure la configuration de xorg.conf ces derniers temps!
