Sorry for bouncing this bug around so much, but hotkey-setup is also not
responsible for hotkey handling - udev is.

Aassem, is this bug still present in Ubuntu 9.10, or are the hotkeys now
mapped correctly by default?  If this issue is still present, please
step through the "Fixing broken keys" section of
/usr/share/doc/udev/README.keymap.txt to help us map these keys
correctly by default.
