Binary package hint: grdc
When creating a new connection, the default keyboard mapping does not
show anything (empty string); when using the empty default, most
extended characters are note reachable (i.e. they show another
character).
In most cases, defaulting to 'us' should is usefull because us-keyboards
are very common.
