Public bug reported: I connect my UMTS USB stick (Huawei E160) before turning on my PC. When I see my desktop, the UMTS stick is not in the list of the Network Manager applet.
However, if I unplug the stick and plug it in again, it shows up in the list. The UMTS stick should show up in the list without having to unplug and plug it in again.
