javielillo, in order to help you we need more information about the problem. Could you please: 1. Make sure that you have an internet connection so that the client can connect to your university 2. Start the VPN connection in knetworkmanager 3. Wait 10 seconds 4. Open the file /var/log/daemon.log -- Near the end of the file there should be some lines that contain "NetworkManager:" or "vpnc:" 5. Copy these lines in a new comment in this bug report
Important: If there are login names, passwords, or secret IP adresses in these lines, replace them with something different. BTW, this is also for the other posters in this thread.
