Affects Status Importance Assigned To samba (Ubuntu) Unconfirmed Wishlist — it is not confirmed ( !!! ) has no importance and is not even assigned to anybody. I think the best you can do, is try a shot upstream at gnome.org or samba.org, this problem is true for all distros I tried so far. Only Fedora had some GUI approach for this, alas it did not work for me ( FC6 ) In addition it is also a problem for cups and ldap as far as my experience goes.
