Yep, on re-boot they all reset to MUTE. Well... Not all like the first time I saw it but enough ere muted including MAIN that I had lost sound again.
I un-muted from the ALSA Mixer and I have sound again. The new 9.10 Sound Preference shows no indication of muting. That and I have no idea why my configuration is getting re-muted on boots and/or other activities but that's what's happening. So long as I know that if I reboot or loose sound I can just turn it back on again from another GUI this should suffice until the gods can fix it. If any of you are those gods and need additional system information I will be more than happy to provide it. -[d]- ** Attachment added: "MUTE gets set on boot" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/35125475/Went_MUTE.png -- Lost Sound after upgrade to 9.10 did work right after https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/474611 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
