Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager

On Monday, I upgraded from Jaunty to Karmic. As part of the upgrade,
Enigmail was removed (for reasons which I am unsure of.) I have
reinstalled Enigmail, and it is working fine, but it seems to me to be
wrong for a useful piece of software which is working fine to be removed
as part of the upgrade process.

I've attached the log files from /var/log/dist-upgrade.
