So, what would be better, a fresh install or update? I tried both with the same results. The machine I'm using now has also had issues with KK. What I'm using now was originally something I installed as a beta, and it really screwed up GRUB, so now I have to use SGD to get anything to work.
To be perfectly honest, KK has a lot of nice stuff, but it isn't really worth what most people would call "eye candy". So far, the only box I've gotten to work is a laptop that I only use when I smoke cigars in the garage. That took a number of tries as well. -- cannot log into regular gnome session https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/459630 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
