Quite a few local teams do this (e.g. help.ubuntu-it.org), although I
think reproducing the exact content of the help wiki is not necessary as
well as impractical (there are something like 3300 pages).
Each team can focus on the information which is most important to that
particular community and take into account the amount of translation
resources available.
Anyway, this is something to discuss with the Spanish team as the team
responsible for ubuntu-es.org, so I'm closing this bug.
