Miredo cannot start if /dev/net/tun is missing. Normally, udev will
create it automaticaly anyway. If not the postinst script will try to
create it with MAKEDEV, which obviously failed... I guess that means
udev is present (so MAKEDEV is dummy) but the node was missing, or the
kernel does not support TUNTAP.

Either way, there is not much to be done from the miredo package. This
situation is not supposed to happen with normal Ubuntu kernel and udev.
With no further informations incriminating the miredo package itself, I
have to mark this incomplete.
