You can copy the original text in the bug report and then we can search
the template.
The original text is ok and it do has plural forms.
Original singular : %li hour
Original plural : %li hours
Hebrew singular : שעה אחת
Hebrew plural : %li שעות
Note that Rosetta is showing the text in RTL.
Are you saying that for value „1” instead of hebrew singlural it is used
the hebrew plural translation?
This is what I understand from this bug report.
I will try to reproduce it.
