Ops... Now it's fixed: In my case I deleted the Ubuntu One folder after trying it and removing it on Jaunty. The ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/syncdaemon.log said
OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/user/Ubuntu One' , so I just recreate the folder and now everything is working like a charm!
