I see this comment below that was made previously but the problem I have is how to actually edit the file. "I edited /usr/lib/grub/grub-mkconfig_lib file . On line 147 I took out ALL the info from inside the quotes. I had previously read that taking out the "--no-floppy" was sufficient, not in my case. Simply uncommenting the line will not work either.
