I am a newbie to Linux/Ubuntu. Don't know how to do a screen shot on this OS. This is how the error occurs: Places -to cdrm0 file. Try to open cdrm0 and get error--Unable to mount cdrm0--Mount : special device/dev/scd0 does not exist.
