This is a serious bug, affects REISERFS which upon HIBERNATE becomes INCONSISTENT.
This requires a FSCK.REISERFS for ANY partition to boot. I have several versions of Linux, each pointing to this REISER DATA partition, thus none sharing this will boot. It affects KARMIC (beta+latest updates) and finally in the last few days, even Jaunty. Obviously, hibernate-restore no longer works now in eigher Karmic or Jaunty. Currently converting Rieser to Ext4 to "fix". -- Lenovo INVALID hibernate/resume failure https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/449698 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
