"alsa-driver" is a package that is not installed on these systems.
I have started a new report (bug#461577) for Intel 82801H HD Audio Controllers. You should be able to find your audio card by typing the command: lspci | grep 'Audio' If that command gives you nothing, just do 'lspci' and go swimming for any output that looks audio related. :-) Also note, I have a quick and dirty hack that gets my mic working for the most part.
